TWPC Care Club (In Partnership With Prison Fellowship Singapore)

In January 2018, we partnered with Prison Fellowship Singapore (PFS) to start a satellite Care Club, a support group for children of inmates living in the Queenstown/West area. Care Club provides tuition and enrichment activities every Saturday morning during school term. We are in need of the following volunteers:

1) Drivers: To pick the children and send them to/from their homes and True Way.
AM trip: to reach TWPC by 8.45am. PM trip: to leave TWPC at 12.30pm.

2) Tutors: To provide 1-to-1 tuition and homework assistance for children (primary and secondary school levels, various subjects). Timing: 9.00am to 10.30am (secondary school), 10.30am to 11.30am (primary school), or 1.00pm to 2.00pm (Primary 6 only). Tuition materials will be provided.
Training can be arranged. There will be a break during school holidays (June, November,
December).

3) Mentors: To befriend youths at risk

4) Programme facilitators: To run Bible sessions and enrichment activities (e.g. art & craft, sports & games)

We are also looking for volunteers to visit and befriend inmates’ families (spouses/elderly parents) living in the Queenstown area. If you are keen to volunteer in any of the above, email Priscilla Ang at
