Love God. Make Disciples

Becoming A Contagious Christian Seminar

Date: 18 Jul, 25 Jul, 1 Aug, 8 Aug and 15 Aug (all Thursdays)
Venue: Room 204
Time: 7.45 pm – 9.30 pm
Facilitator: Pearl Tan

Sharing the Gospel with others is both a privilege and a responsibility and involves both our “being” and “doing”. This course helps us to overcome common barriers to evangelism by equipping us to effectively communicate the gospel in the most natural way. You will discover your own evangelism style, learn how to develop a contagious Christian character, make spiritual conversations and prepare your testimony. Beyond techniques, this course is especially helpful in reinforcing the mind-set to share the Gospel whenever the opportunity arises.

This seminar is for everyone, particularly those who want to learn more about evangelism or those who simply want to be refreshed on the principles of evangelism. We especially want to make an appeal to worshippers who are not in any DG or who are in a DG but missed their DG’s run of the study to attend the course. For registration, please email Alvin Yip <> with your contact number.

Young Adult Ministry: God’s Big Picture Teaching Series

Date: 20 Jul, 3, 17 Aug, 21 Sep, 5, 19 Oct, 2 Nov (Saturdays)

Time: 4-630pm                                            Venue: Room 404

Synopsis: Is the Bible a single coherent storyline or is it a random collection of stories? Why is it such a big deal that Christ came into our world? Indeed, some have said that the Old Testament is united preparation for Christ and the New Testament is united witness to Him. It is our hope that as we see God’s Big Picture more clearly, we will live in God’s world more faithfully. The series will be led by Dn Charles and Eng Keat, and it will be based off the book by the same name authored by Vaughan Roberts. We welcome all and we especially encourage young adults in our midst looking to better understand the Bible in the context of christian community.
