We will be screening the animated movie “Toy Story” in Room 201 during the Annual Congregational Meeting (ACM) on 7 May (Sun).
This is an animated story of two toys – Woody, a pull-string talking cowboy and Buzz Lightyear, a heroic space action-figure. Their friendship began initially on a wrong footing and they quickly became rivals. However, the comically mismatched duo eventually learn to put aside their differences when they are separated from their owner Andy and find themselves on a hilarious adventure-filled mission. Will they survive the adventure together?

We thank God that all rooms at YWCA Fort Canning Lodge have been sold out. Worshipers can still participate in the church camp by joining the programme without accommodations. With the church camp in Singapore this year, worshippers who are not able to take leave on Fridays can still join the Saturday program.
Let us intentionally set aside this short weekend to spend time with fellow True-Wayians and at the same time ponder afresh this important question we hear Jesus asking us, “Do you love me?”. Camp programme (without accommodations) include Learning God’s Word, Praise & Worship, Mass Games, Food & Fellowship, optional Night-Tours & Morning Walks. Every year, the prayer committee organises a half-day Prayer Retreat for our congregation to help the participants have a deeper spiritual walk with Jesus and enhancing their prayer life. This year, it will be held on 27 May (Sat) from 9 am to 12 noon. The topic is “Praying in a VUCA world”. The speaker is Dr Lai Pak Wah, Principal and Lecturer in Church History and Historical Theology at the Biblical Graduate School of Theology (BGST). Information on Phase 2B priority enrolment scheme for those who want to be admitted to Pei Hwa Presbyterian Primary School or Kuo Chuan Presbyterian Primary School in January 2024 is included in a separate document. 2) Internet Transfer to DBS 1629002650. Kindly indicate your name and purpose ‘tithe’ or ‘offering’ while making the transfer.
3) Write a cheque payable to “TWPC – English Congregation”. Kindly indicate your name, contact number and purpose ‘tithe’ or ‘offering’ behind the cheque. Mail the cheque to 156B Stirling Road Singapore 148947.
